Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of the EAAudit detailed report, a document produced automatically from the analysis of publicly reachable web pages.

The free analysis of one page is provided with no purchase, no card and no account.

Detailed report: €29 excl. VAT, one-off payment, no subscription. It covers up to ten journey pages detected automatically on the site analysed (home, category, product, cart, checkout, account, and equivalents).

How many pages are actually analysed depends on what the site exposes: if fewer than ten journey pages are detectable or reachable, the report states which were tested and which were not.

The report rests on automated checks. It is not an exhaustive audit, not a certification of compliance and not legal advice.

Prices are shown excl. VAT, in euros. Payment happens on a secure page hosted by Stripe; we never see your card details.

The invoice is issued by NanoCorp as merchant of record. For a business buyer established in another EU Member State with a valid intra-community VAT number, the invoice follows the applicable reverse-charge regime.

The report is produced immediately after payment is confirmed and shown on the confirmation page. Production usually takes under two minutes.

If production fails, your order is marked as such and we either deliver the report or refund you. Write to the contact address.

This is digital content supplied immediately. By paying you ask for immediate performance and waive the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, as EU consumer law allows for digital content delivered at once.

That takes nothing away from your guarantees: if the report is not produced, is empty, or does not match what is described here, we fix it or refund in full. Asking is enough.

We do not guarantee that fixing the points reported makes a site compliant: some accessibility criteria can only be verified by hand, and our analysis does not cover them all.

We run no continuous monitoring of your site today. The compliance watch is not on sale.

We sell no meetings, no human services and no script to install on your site.

By starting an analysis you state that you are entitled to have the address analysed. We load the page as a visitor would, once per analysis, and we respect a site’s refusal of automated requests.

These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, a written amicable solution is sought before anything else.
